Playgroup – "Hatchling"
Admission Age: 2 to 3 years (Toddlers)
Duration: 2.5 hours
Curriculum: Aligned with NEP 2020
Focus: Introducing toddlers to a structured environment, fostering basic social skills, and promoting exploratory learning through play. The activities in this program include sensory play, music and movement, storytime, and simple art and craft projects. These activities aim to develop motor skills, language acquisition, and social interaction in a safe and nurturing environment.

Nursery – "Nestling"
Admission Age: 3 to 4 years
Duration: 3 hours
Curriculum: Aligned with NEP 2020
Focus: Developing early literacy and numeracy skills, fostering curiosity, and enhancing motor skills through structured activities and play. Activities in the Nursery program include phonics and basic reading activities, counting and number games, imaginative play, and physical activities. The program aims to build a foundation for academic learning while ensuring children enjoy their learning experience.

Junior KG – "Flutterling"
Admission Age: 4 to 5 years
Duration: 4 hours
Curriculum: Aligned with NEP 2020
Focus: Strengthening foundational concepts in literacy and numeracy, promoting independence, and encouraging social interactions through group activities. The program includes more structured learning experiences, such as early writing exercises, advanced counting and problem-solving games, role-playing, and group projects. These activities aim to develop cognitive skills, social competence, and creativity in a supportive environment.

Senior KG – "Fledgling"
Admission Age: 5 to 6 years
Duration: 4 hours
Curriculum: Aligned with NEP 2020
Focus: Preparing for primary education, enhancing problem-solving skills, and fostering creativity and critical thinking. The Senior KG program includes pre-reading and pre-writing exercises, basic arithmetic, science experiments, art projects, and physical education. These activities are designed to equip children with the skills and knowledge needed for a smooth transition to formal schooling.

CLasses 1 - 5
Admission Age: 6+ years
Curriculum: Aligned with NEP 2020
Focus: Transitioning to formal schooling, developing comprehensive literacy and numeracy skills, and introducing structured academic learning. The curriculum covers subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and Creative Arts, with a focus on interactive and experiential learning. Activities include reading and writing exercises, math drills, nature walks, and collaborative projects.

DayCare
Age Group: Various ages
Focus: Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while supporting working parents. The daycare program includes supervised play, educational activities, rest periods, and nutritious meals. Activities are designed to cater to the needs of different age groups, ensuring that each child is engaged, cared for, and stimulated throughout the day.

Nursery Teacher Training
The NTT program at The Fledglings is designed for individuals aspiring to become nursery teachers. It focuses on equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively educate and nurture young children.
